"If I could rated them zero stars I would. I was on the waiting list when they first built the apartments. I had talk to a lady name is Deborah she told me that I was approved for the apartment two years went by I called again they said I was still on the waiting list and yeah I’m still waiting to movie 2020 I called again and the lady was like I got denied, I was like how did I get denied is for the hall three years or four years bed on the waitlist I was approved so I asked her. How did I get denied? She was at all looked at my sister of that you had got denied over a phone bill from when I was 18 years old, I’m really not understanding how if it’s based on income why are they looking at my credit?"

"I love my home. While it is true they are slow to email back, Maintenance gets the work done in a timely fashion. The only thing I'm serious upset about is the front porch. Mud. Mud cannot enjoy sitting out."

"Some of the reviews on here are similar to mines. I applied as well back in 2018 when the development was not finished. I had to pay a 35 dollar application fee. I called 1 year later after waiting to recieve some type of feed back and I was told that I was approved and that my deposit will be 500$ and that they will call me when a apartment was available while insuring me that I was next on the list. I've emailed them no response i even called some 888 number because obviously they were not comfortable with giving me a local number. Not good to lead people in."

"The Moss Place at Centra Square is a beautiful facility for seniors 55 years of age and older. There is a problem with the outside maintenance of the premises. The common area around the HAVC units near the entrance door has these disgusting wood chips on the ground which continues to get washed away and spread over the walkway. Makes the area very unkempt and unattractive. Also, the concrete at the main door has disgusting stains which needs to be pressure washed to give a fresh appearance. In addition, the windows to the main door needs to be cleaned daily."
