"After having being accepted and ready to move in March 02, a call was received stating that the apartment manager failed to put the apartment on no rent status and doing major renovations after the current tenant moves out. Here we are one month prior to move in with no apartment. Did find out that they will turn it around and sell it much more than originally quoted. After confronting them with their unprofessionalism, all of a sudden an apartment opened up! They can keep it, going elseshwere."

"This apartment community is a nightmare. First, the place is infested with bugs, and no matter how many times we complained, they did nothing about it. But the real horror is their cheating tactics. When I left, they presented me with an outrageous bill, claiming they needed to repair the entire house. It's a blatant scam, and they're dishonest to the core. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to steer clear of bugs and unscrupulous management practices. Please take receipt for cancellation and key returns, They always says we got you and send email you didn't cancel, its big scam , We go there to save 200 to 300 with bad service in the end they charge you more to repair 30 year old apartments"

"Worst apartments i would not recommend roach infestations inside and out. I look out the window to the balcony and see families of roaches with free range out there. They have people paying pest control fees to still deal with bugs i had problems with my garbage disposal i put in a maintenance request a month and a half later they came to fix it he fixed it within 2 minutes for it not work again the next week. The dishwasher was filthy from the day i moved in i didn’t dare to ever use it. About 5 months in my apartment i started smelling funny some random water started filling up in the dishwasher that smelled like sewage maintenance request never got answered so my mom had to come take it upon herself to come and fix it for me. Overall my experience here was a 0/10 i wouldn’t recommend anyone move in this dirty apartment complex unless you wanna deal with roaches and fix everything on your own."

"Dirtiest apartment complex I’ve ever lived in ! Roaches are EVERYWHERE even inside of the apartments , i walked into 2 roach infested 2 bedroom apartments then almost got kicked off of my lease because of it , until a intern they had decided to put me in a 1 bedroom instead . The people that work in the office never has any answers , they treat people horribly and every time I am in there someone is making a complaint . Maintenance moves slow , it takes them up to a week to resolve any issues. Let’s not even talk about how dirty every building is , inside and out !!! Most cabinets were broke, the shower head is messed up , the water pressure is very low . You’ll always hear gunshots atleast a few times per week, the pest control came to my apartment one time while I lived there …. One time ! You’re probably thinking “if so much was wrong with it why live there” well we got approved for a 2 bedroom apartment and it was infested then like I said I was temporarily placed in a 1 bedroom and waited on another 2 bedroom to be prepared but even that one was infested/dirty and it was entirely too last minute for me to move out again If I could have gave 0 stars I would’ve ! Do not move here , the worse living conditions everrr !"

"The grounds are beautiful and we love our apartment. HOWEVER the management of these apartment is terrible. We have been having a horrible battle with roaches. We have to pay monthly for extermination but when we put a work order in.. nobody ever came! And the time before that when the guy came (who is just an employee of Autumn Parks) he had a major attitude. He walked into our kitchen and then went into one of our bathrooms and walked out the door!! I am convinced he did not spray anything because right after he left we found 3 more roaches.. So we have been paying out of pocket for treatments. We have had issues with wild rodents with no response or help from management. We are definitely leaving when our lease is up!! Don't move here.."
