Everything is organised , so far has been a smooth ride for us . This is a great place if any one want to start their Journey in Charlotte . Elijah made the process smooth and quick for us , outlining every step we need to perform and was there to help us at every step if not we'd have been lost . "Wonderful place to live! The place looks lovely and has a very home like feel. Some pros since living here so far: -You can choose pretty much any type of internet. (This was very important to my partner who games a lot.) - The square footage for the price is very reasonable. - The people that work in the leasing office are very helpful! Elijah was our leasing agent and was wonderful! - You are close to Uptown. - The Gold Line has a stop right in front of the apartment so it is very easy to get through the city. - The place has thick walls and we hear very little noise. - They are pet friendly! Overall, a very great place to live!"

"Me and my significant other just moved in and have loved it! Ive lived in the Charlotte area for a couple of years and its nice to finally have a place to call home! All of the amenities are great and our 1 bed 1 bath apartment is amazing for the price! The kitchen is the best part for sure and being right next to the gold line is perfect for our day to day. our leasing agent Elijah was fantastic! he gave a fantastic tour and has been very helpful and supportive through our move in and our first couple of weeks! Definitely a place to consider if you're thinking of moving towards the uptown area!"
