"The apartments are nice, spacious enough, and renovated. The location is amazing if you like being in the thralls of the city! I've lived here for almost a year now and have no complaints with the area. 4th Ward Park is just down the street and easy to walk to. There is a Harris Teeter and a CVS only a few blocks away as well as a gas station right down the street. The downfall of the property is it has become increasingly dirty. The grounds are never picked up, trash spills out of the single dumpster what seems like 5 days a week, and the increase in pests is noticeable because of it. The trash used to be concealed behind a wall, but, since the walls removal, the residents get to gander at its unsightliness. There are no amenities other than a dog park and, though renovated, the buildings and interiors do show their age."
