"Very bad service, I have been going to make complaints since I came to live here and they simply ignore the complaints, the ceiling is already falling on me, the bathroom is in poor condition, there is no parking available, there is dog feces everywhere, it is hilly , there is no maintenance, I don't know who to complain to anymore."

"geanie" who answered my call just now was SUCH a rude person. i tried to ask simple questions about square footage and availablitity and all she had to say was " im not speaking about that right now goodbye" and keep trying to hang up on me. called back and was still incredibly rude. will be calling back to inform management of the rude behavior. they need to definitely not have her answering phones if she cant be civil to interested clients."
