"If I could give ZERO stars I would. They are extremely nice in the beginning so you can submit that little application fee and then after that no one ever answers the phone or respond to an email. Tabitha said I was “stressing her out” because I was assisting my mother with applying for this location due to her being hospitalized she could not physically do anything and there was a tedious process that you have to go through when assisting someone. I guess she didn’t want to do that and told me literally a week before my mother was scheduled to move in that she could no longer move in. She claims the resident recanted the notice to vacate which I don’t believe because of how aggravated she was due to us having to do extra steps. She told me to come pick papers up from the office which I live in a different state so we were going to have a trusted family member pick up the paperwork…we called to inform her our family member was headed there and she advised she would email the form because she had to leave ..after 2 days of no response or no email ..I had to blow the office phone up and leave so many voicemails for her to call me back. When she does call back she says I am the only person to be able to to pick up the paperwork… even 2 days prior we were told it would be emailed…ok so we tell her we will be there the next week to pick up the paperwork MIND YOU we are driving 10 hours away to do this as I do not reside in Nc and she knew this . She literally waited until the day we got here!!! To call and tell me my mom could not move in! When I tell you just GHETTO!!!! I wouldn’t trust her or anyone that works here with your livelihood!! I am shocked there are good reviews which is what made me think this was a good place to have my mom. Yep think again!!!! Don’t waste your time or money Tabitha is UNPROFESSIONAL and doesn’t know what she’s doing or how to communicate !!!"
