"I have enjoyed being a resident at DF! I am excited as I just resigned my lease for another year. The location, amenities, staff and residents are all great. I met some of my best friends in the building (highly suggest going to a resident social.) The staff, Jessye and Krysten have been AMAZING. They have helped me anytime I need something and are so sweet. When the printer was down they were able to print what I needed and I really appreciated that. I recommend living here you won't regret it :)"
"I lived at DF the last two years and generally really loved my experience here! The location is amazing and the amenities (including hallways) have been well maintained since the new property mgmt and maintenance crew were onboarded! It is a great place to meet new friends as residents and staff are really friendly! The monthly social events are conducted both onsite and at local breweries - historically they got lots of resident engagement but towards the end, they secured the same 10 residents. I had decided to move due to change of scene and the increase in rent (it shouldn’t be noted after I decided to not renew my lease, the apartment was listed on the website for $100 less than the renewal amount.) Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex!"
"I love living here. Krysten and Jessye in the leasing office are so friendly and helpful! Rick and Alex, the maintenance guys, are super quick and efficient when I put in a work order. I love the amenities and there’s always something to do with all the resident events that they set up."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE. This building was the worst ever. The management is absolutely awful and will lie to you about the conditions of the building. The are also incredibly rude and will not help you to solve any issues you may have. Maintenance requests take weeks to fix, I was left without heat in the middle of the winter despite asking multiple times a day for it to be fixed. Now that I have moved out, I am dealing with them charging me additional fees after maintenance inspected my apartment and said that no additional fees would be charged, since the apartment was clean and in good shape."
"Living here is not worth the money. The location is awesome, but they do not maintain anything here. They do not clean common areas such as stairwells. Doors don’t properly lock/latch and go months without being fixed. Their appliances don’t work well— I moved in late September and have had my sink faucet break, my garbage disposal didn’t work when I moved in, my washer flooded my apartment once and stopped working another time, my fridge/freezer broke and they took OVER 15 hours to fix it then refused to help compensate for all of the spoiled food, A/C broke, bathtub drain was clogged when I moved in and I had to drain-o it myself, two outlets have never worked in my apartment, and the list goes on. Refer to the pictures of communal areas that look disgusting and have things falling off the ceiling/peeling away from the walls. Giant hole by the dog park a person or three could fall in that they half covered with a pallet. Trash and bottles left everywhere every weekend. Parking garage has an area full of old broken trashy looking appliances. Packages go missing all the time since they don’t have enough secure lockers. Game room has pool table and poker tables but no pool cues and no poker cards. Dog cleaning area charges a fee, it is not a free amenity. Walls are paper thin, can hear every step the person above you takes, their toilet flushing, tub draining and cabinets closing. Same with next to you neighbors. The list goes on. Don’t end up trapped in your lease like me! Stay far away!!! I am posting this with fear of retaliation since I am still a tenant, however I hope it helps future tenants to pick a better place!!! Don’t fall for their nonsense. They’re friendly at first until you rent then they don’t care."
