"I lived here for over a year and a half. You can't beat location. It's so easy to access the highway or any other parts of town. It's right in the heart of Wesley Heights, with beautiful areas to walk along the greenway, through the neighborhood streets or in the parks. Super close to Bank of America Stadium. Great view of the Uptown Skyline if your apartment is facing the parking lot. Currently great management. DeWayne, Building Manager, is top notch. Very responsive and professional. Super helpful. Before DeWayne took over, getting a hold of management was almost impossible and upkeep of the facility was sub-par, but now he has really turned it around, updated finishes, cleaned up amenities and social areas. After my wife and I got married, she moved in with me here since they were flexible on my renewal rate, which was also a blessing. We lived here together for 7 months married, until we bought a house. We were both very sad to leave our first married home, Asbury Flats, but we're also excited for our new home and what's to come. If you're interested in AF, I'd call and get a hold of DeWayne and he'll help you the best that the can."
