"I moved in the end of April beginning of May. The management team in office at first sucked real bad. But then we got Ms. Tonya back. She’s very welcoming and understanding helpful. I’ll admit the apartments need some updating but they are really great Apartments. It’s quite and I have no issues."

"This place is the worst!!!! The previous management never answered the phone and couldn’t answer questions about your lease. Now we have a new management team and I hate them too. The new management charge random monthly fees that wasn’t added to your rent three months ago and every time I pay over the amount the next month they charge even more fees like I’m being fined for paying over the rent amount. Oh and before you all think I pay late and say so maybe it’s late fees WRONG!!!! I pay my rent on time every single month. And the communication and customer service is horrible if you call the office and someone there you’ll be put on hold and don’t return calls, emails or anything and the office staff actually never there smh. Don’t move here unless you like all that nonsense. I would say decent rental rates but I would be lying. I can really write a paragraph with all the things I’ve experienced with this apartment complex."

"This is my first apartment, I really needed a place to go after graduating college and Ms. Tonya helped me get approved & move in in about a week. She’s awesome…. As far as the apartment, they could use some improvements but I’ve never had a problem getting maintenance to fix anything, they normally come out the same day. I would recommend"
