"We moved into this complex about 2 years ago and I must say that the staff has made me feel like a part of this community. There were a few minor things that needed to be twerked but maintenance was on top of it the very next day with a pleasant attitude. Great job!"

"Do NOT rent from these people unless you are seeking something TEMPORARY. I’ve been living here for three years the first two years my property manger wouldn’t fix anything refused to sign a new lease because she was doing fraudulent activity. Upon receiving a new property manger they as well lacked communication and compassion. My front door lock was broken for two years with a child in my home before it was fixed AFTER CALLING THE CITY CODES. they immediately fixed them the same week and due to me losing my job from Covid the following month they used that opportunity to file for eviction. I was literally behind ONE MONTH and they filed for eviction. Even offering to pay the amount to a zero balance a week later they did not want my money only wanted me removed from the premises. Literally have no reason just the one month of nonpayment and the case from the city that was closed out one week before they filed for eviction. Now I have to find somewhere to move within 30 days with a one year old child. DONT DO IT! Everything about them is lowball and fraudulent"

"I have thoroughly enjoyed my home at Sharon Crossing for the 3 years!!! I am relocating for work and that's why I'm leaving. Debbie and Paula are exemplary people, delightful to work with, and will go out of their way to accommodate your every need. The maintenance staff, Ken and Windom, are always on top of your needs and respond very quickly to any issue. This is a gated community and I have always felt very safe and secure here. I highly recommend this apartment complex!!"

"We moved in to Sharon Crossing Apartments and stayed for over an year between 2015-2016. The stay was pleasant. The neighbors are quiet and it’s nice and safe. My family enjoyed playing in the grounds/pool- frequented by the birds (this complex is next to the lake and has quite a few trees). Maintenance issues are met with and solved quickly by the staff who live on campus. The staff are always pretty friendly and courteous; yet professional. On the whole the apartment complex is very well maintained- thanks to Debra and Paula who work seamlessly to provide support to all of us. It was by chance that we came across Sharon Crossing- but when we saw the area, the landscaping and met the staff; we were convinced we wanted to stay here. This was the reason why we have recommended Sharon Crossing at our work place. Its am awesome place to stay."

"I've lived here for over 4 years. I always pay rent on time. My neighbors are friendly but not too friendly. I like my privacy.There are singles and family's that live in the complex, both are made to feel welcome. I feel very safe in the gated community and I've never had a problem related to safety in the years I've lived here. Deborah, the Manager, has been a huge help over the years with many apartment related things. She makes sure any and every problem is fixed right away and correctly. She takes the time to contact me anytime I have large mail that has been delivered to the office. The staff here is very friendly and they will do anything within reason to accommodate tenants. Also all the apartments have recently received an upgrade in appliances."
