Very thorough by answering all my questions, exceptional customer service, and great attention to detail. The layouts are modern, great amenities, decent pricing, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Whether it was changing light bulbs, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. "Just moved within the last week. I was told my appliances were being renovated and the apartment would be ready at move in. Unfortunately, I'm still missing my washer/dryer. Customer Service staff is friendly however the maintenance issue is another story. At move in they were installing the appliances and fixtures but somehow left bathtub faucet leaking non-stop (running water not dripping). If you end up signing a lease be prepared for setbacks, this property was newly bought and they're still trying to figure out how to make a profit from this location without spending the necessary costs. Also, get your own wifi. Your building runs on the same network, meaning shared connection i.e. terrible quality and inconsistency. Before signing read this for your sake. ---‐---------- Pictures taken 7/13/23 With record high temps this summer a pool would be nice. Unfortunately the community lacks the sense of urgency. Should fixed by New Years! Just in time for the polar plunge."

"So I just wanna start by saying this is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Now buckle up while I take you on the horrifying ride that was our experience living here. We moved from Phoenix, so we had to move site unseen. Apparently the person I’d been corresponding with wasn’t there anymore. Because of this, they didn’t know we were coming, our apartment wasn’t ready. We had to wait four hours for them to “clean” the original apartment we signed the lease for. It wasn’t clean, at all-the windows, walls, ceiling, floors, etc all had holes, smoke discoloration, clear water damage, etc. the place was falling apart. The place was INFESTED with Roaches, worms, centipedes, gnats, spiders, bed bugs, etc-we literally had to bleach our drains and walls to keep them away. The gym is only open during office hours, which is when most people work-I went one time when it was raining, and the walls leaked. The pool was drained, and apparently has been for years. We pay for valet trash that never shows up, and the hours are inconsistent. These are ammenities we all pay for and can’t use. The worst part was all the maintenance issues and how the front office staff handled them. There is literally no communication with anything that happens or the status of any work orders. Here’s just a few examples: 1. our air conditioner went out 3-4 times over the summer. It would be 85 degrees in our apartment. I’d mention it in work orders, emails, and over the phone, and get ignored. Finally, in October, a company came and replaced and upgraded our system, when it was nearly winter. Also, the company cut 4 holes in our ceiling and left it like that. 2. In march, I notcied our walk in closet was leaking from the ceiling/wall, spreading, and soaking our carpet. I called and they sent someone over immediately. He brought a giant floor fan and said he’d be back to fix the issue later. He never came back. I had to contact them multiple times to get someone to come back. Even then, they’d show up for a minute and disappear. Through all of this, the front communicated nothing to us about what was going on, what needed to be done, etc. 3. In April, our patio ceiling started leaking so bad, it looked like it was raining. We constantly had to mop up the water that spread into the living room. I submit so many work orders, and no one told us anything. We only knew it was close to being fixed when someone threw a water heater from the third floor. In addition, this isn’t a great neighborhood either. Luckily, all of our neighbors at the building were fine and we never had any issues with anyone. However, the surrounding area never felt safe. I know there isn’t anything the apartment community can do about that, but just a heads up to anyone who may be considering living here. Overall, this place is horrible. The worst part is that our new apartment complex is much nicer for the same price. I have no idea how they feel they can charge people as much as they do. Don’t move here."
