"I first want to give accolades to Raven in the leasing office who actually shows she cares about her job, and has much patience with tenants…I hate I have to include her in this low review, but her and the maintenance man with the glasses who is very respectful, and prompt with work orders are phenomenal. As for the community, if you move here…just know and I repeat…There is a gang of children whom are not watched by their parents. They disrespect the grounds, cars, and stay trying to intimidate adults. By staring at you and asking very invasive questions?!?! Ages range from 6-12 and they enjoying tormenting by knocking on doors, throwing rocks, and staring as if they’re ready to attack. Yes, I am speaking about CHILDREN. The parents are questionable as well, for they leave them with other like parents who don’t care, and at this point CPS needs to be involved. Every two months, gun shots are a regular noise, as well as a lot of crime, breaking into cars, apartments, and more. The apartment. If you want to hear noise, definitely live here. The walls and floors are not even paper thin. Just know if a family of 2 or more lives above you. It will sound like 30 people. Neighbors don’t respect other neighbors. They will wash clothes (units that have washer/dryers in them) from 10pm-3am, and slam doors. Yet I feel my neighbor did such intentionally, because they are a entitled Individual who feels their poor choices in life are the problem of others. Like WTH. My apartment flooded twice. Once when we moved in, the last time was the last month of my lease. Bugs are always a thing of life, so it’s understood when living in an apartment that this will occur. Just know you will need to request an exterminator every 30 days. Cause you will have a lot of unwanted guest. Otherwise, the only positive is that it’s close to walk for stores and highways are convenient. If you choose to live here, and are not on Earth to be a menace to society, and are trying to become something of yourself…I would try somewhere else, but if you have no choice…just know you will need a camera on your car, and front door. As well as a car cover and lock on your car cover. EARPLUGS. I would only suggest a year to stay here to get on your feet."
"I just recently moved in and Raven made the move in process very easy for me. Raven and Teresa made me feel very welcomed. It feels like family when you walk in the office. I’ve been here for about two weeks now and so far everything has been great. I have no complaints"
"I've lived in Whitehall estates for 2 years now and have enjoyed my time here. The office staff has always been accommodating to my needs. The front office staff is truly the best. Raven has always helped me when I had a problem on my account and with maintenance requests. Theresa has also been very helpful with my apartment needs and more! My stay at Whitehall has been nothing less than amazing!"
"Me and my wife move here about 2yrs ago, when we first move in it was through the prior agency, it was alright but nothing like the connection we feel now that you all have taken over, we now feel real good with the management that is here now. About almost a month ago there was a fire in the apartment building we were staying and had to eventually move out, Marilyn and the crew did a hands on approach that really helped us transition over to the new apartment and made sure we had everything we needed and continue to check on us, the bottom line is they all made us feel like family and we are so thankful for them, they are truly God sent, thank you William Bailey"
