"My girlfriend & I moved in this complex back in 2022. Never had any problems, staff was PHENOMENAL, never had any issues with trash, never heard a PEEP outside my apartment & the apartments are luxury, affordable and spacious … literally perfect. Unfortunately, starting back in July or August , things randomly changed … cars began getting broken into repeatedly, everyday. They said they hired security but I’ve not seen them ONCE! Then once I asked about it, the leasing office clarified that they come every night but only for certain hours .. ridiculous. So there is a lot of crime. We pay for trash valet but they don’t pick up the trash. It’s ridiculous & the staff seems as though they don’t care. My issues are never followed up on & when I’ve spoke to them in person, it’s very nonchalant! Don’t know what happened but a lot of the staff that was here back in 2022. This isn’t to bash, just a honest critique from someone who’s been living here. PLEASE do better!"

"I have visited this community several times with serious interest in relocating to this side of Charlotte. The office staff of Nicole and Courtney are very pleasant and knowledgeable. The property gives a safe and inviting feel. Looking to relocate by mid-2024 and Marlowe Place is definitely on my list."

She took time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the property. They have a light rail station in walking distance which helps me commute to work downtown as well.
