"I moved out of Sun Valley Apartmetns 2 months ago. I lived there for 2 years. I enjoyed living there. I did have several issues while living there, but the office staff always tried their best to fix the situation. Never had a problem with my neighbors. I liked that the train was in walking distance to get uptown. The super markets are in walking distance as well. Sun Valley is not Beverly Hills...... but it is affordable and a comfortable place to live. If I had to rate these apartments I would give them a 4 out of 5....."
