"Stayed in 9609 section for around 4 years. The property Manager stayed on top of everything to ensure our Comfort and keeping us safe. Never had to ask about the Scheduled Maintenance once. The Property stayed Clean. It felt like extended family when it came to Tomeka and my neighbors."

"I have friends and family that live here. It is roach infested beyond words. Roaches coming out of the vents and drains. They spray but it doesn't work. ITS JUST AWFUL!!! Then they have the AUDACITY to go up on the rent. NOBODY should live in these conditions, no matter how much the rent is."

"I've only lived here for 6 months now but based on my experience thus far, I'm going to say it's not a bad place to live. It's not as modernized like a lot of the other developments because it is old. But it's very quiet at night; from where I live, I hear nothing. I have had to call management about a few minor problems but it was always resolved right away. The management office is up on things and the woman in there is friendly enough and takes care of business. The super, well I guess he is the super, is the sweetest, friendliest person I have ever met, always willing to please. Pros: There is a bus stop right at the complex if you do not have a car, which takes you to the nearby Northlake Mall and the Charlotte Transit Center; Cons: There is no community center, no pool or playground for the kids to play in so if you have kids you might want to think about that. All in all, not a bad place to live."
