"I really only have two minor issues. There are only 3 visitor parking spots per building and the towing company is VICIOUS. If you have guests, good luck. There is also no coat closet in the one bedroom unit. Everything else has been more than satisfactory. The apartment is spacious and updated with plenty of storage. I am able to fit a bed, desktop, reading nook with 2 bookshelves, and a dresser in the bedroom with space to spare. The quartz counters in the kitchen and laminate flooring in the living area are easy to decorate in and give the space an elevated look without relying on the millennial grey color scheme. The layout is very well-planned and allows for plenty of natural light. Sound-proofing between units is impressive compared to other apartments in Charlotte. I have had two maintenance requests which were responded to promptly and efficiently. Valet trash is reliable and friendly, and there is a bulk item trash for large Amazon boxes or old furniture which is easily accessible. Trenna in the main office is very reasonable and happy to help. I have never been met with conflict or rudeness when making a reasonable request of the property. There have been issues with theft, but I believe this to be outside of the property management’s control and am not contributing that to my star review."

"Our stay was horribleeee. We stayed for 2 years, and the leasing office staff were rarely any help. From noisy neighbors with no help to car theft, our stay was a catastrophe. I do appreciate the maintenance team, they tried their best to fix issues asap. However, this is a neighborhood with a lot of children so beware of noisy nights."

"I moved here in july and I'm telling you it's been nothing but back and forth trying to get this place clean. Lol the carpet were so dirty and nasty I had to get my son to come over with his own carpet cleaner to get some of the dirt out of carpet and it's still nasty I can go on and on they moved me in the back and I'm telling you it's no ground keeper nor the company that cuts the grass didn't even come on the back side only one time I also put in a work order in july for weather stripping and it's never been done so good luck to whoever moved here.,. hopefully I'll be able to find me a nicer place because this isn't the place for my family"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE ! Was living here for about 1.5 yrs and the apartments are decent, spacious and semi updated. Which is a shame because the property manager and assistants are the WORSE. First off these ppl will file and take you to court on day 8 of being late, just for the filling fee and don’t work with you at all Trenna and Marissa specifically. Not only that they micro manage and guard the pool for wristbands as if you were a criminal. The worse part of it all is that the neighborhood is subpar. While being there my car got plates stolen from it and there was a car break in every week! Packages were stolen from my door multiple times and they don’t do anything about it. They want to charge high end rent for a crime infested neighborhood. Also, had frequent maintenance issues, they would just bandaid any problems and have to always come back to fix the same issue."

"I have been living in the Atlantic mountain Island apartment for more than 3 Years. I am writing this review to tell what I was experienced during my stay with my Family and this might be helpful for esp. new movers even for residents. The neighborhood is not secure place for family or anyone. I did receive many crime alert emails from the leasing office including car robbery, Home invasion etc. I have seen broken car windows so many times in the morning especially for the last two year. One of my neighbor has her car stolen she had difficult time with her young child. My friend living below my house Garage has been broken and lose so many Truck Parts costs More than $5000. Someone entered my house Naked and my daughter and my wife had been alone and locked their bedroom until the police came and take the person. Honestly, There are a lot of things happened during my stay. The leasing office staffs are Very ignorant and unhelpful. I went to the leasing office to give a notice 60 days before, that I am going to leave by the end of the lease period. That time, I was already buying a house and the closing was in February. The lease officer bring the file and confirm end of the lease period. On February 20, I got a call from the leasing office and they told me to pay after the lease period. I said why ? They said, it is because I did not give the a notice. I already did 60 Days before.They forced me to pay extra month otherwise the manager told me over the phone she will report to the Credit office. I did not expect that from a Manager. I feel like am treated in a different way, may be I am a foreigner ? It looks like they discriminated against me. They have added so many charges in addition to full month rent. The house had NO Damage at all. They are not honest at all. I don't know If the Leasing office has owner."
