The Avenues at Steele Creek

"Very helpful and professional from start to finish with the application process and move-in. My repair (maintenance) requests have been answered promptly and any repairs have been made quickly. I love the diversity! From older white guys like me to young families, singles, a few other elders, speaking Spanish and other languages (and English), people of color across the spectrum. Folks tend to keep to themselves but are friendly and pitch in to assist each other when needed. Referencing a previous review, they could police the trash collection policy a bit better (bags are supposed to go in the trash bin), but I do not see it as a major problem."

"My move-in experience at The Avenues at Steele Creek was a seamless and pleasurable. Jessica was readily available to answer all of my questions, and due to the early arrival of furniture, Manager Joe even allowed me to get my keys the night before the official move in day. The place was cleaned immaculately, and I confident that my experience in my new abode will be a great one!"

"I've been a resident for over 15 months, we decided to stay here and move to a bigger unit but i'm starting to regret my decision. The residents here continue to put their trash bags outside without respecting the pickup times, we've mentioned in the Office this múltiple times and nothing has changed the exterior is extremeley dirty and we've had neighbors outside being loud and blasting music at 2 am on a wednesday Also the maintenance repairs have gotten pretty bad, we have to keep making requests on the same issue and it's not getting fixed. Overall I feel pretty disappointed"
