Keltonwood at Berewick Apartment Homes

"2 years ago when we moved everything was perfect until the change the valet trash BIG JOKE they are trying to STEAL your money literally for everything wants to penalize you and they had a specific type of trash bag wich is ridiculous… is much better you carry your own trash .. we had a peloton bike at the community gym wich has been vandalized more then 3 times some People at the gym don’t respect anything personal space like filming LOUD videos for tik tok , playing with the treadmills and even bringing their laptops with loud speakers . I believe the property needs to be aware of this And stop any type of inappropriate behavior. We loved Katie and the staff they are friendly and kind always open to listen your concerns but some residents are taking advantage of then for sure !!! THIS A BIG HELLOO! FOR THOSE RESIDENTS WHO DOENST RESPECT !! PLEASE FOLLOW COMMON SENSE."

"This apartment complex has a contract with a tow company that allows them to tow ANY car that forgets to register their vehicle EVERY time they visit. My car has been towed 4x by this complex now. They come between the time 2-6am. Last time I registered my vehicle, but I sausage fingered the license plate and they STILL TOWED MY CAR. The leasing center can’t do anything about it because the contract with the towing company allows them to tow any vehicle. Even if it’s parked there everyday. Did I mention you have to register the vehicle every time you park? In this world of inflation and trying to make ends meet, this is just cruel."

"My wife and I absolutely love living here at Keltonwood at Berewick! In the last 10 years, we’ve lived in various apartment communities, but Keltonwood is by far our favorite. The property is always clean, safe, and everyone is incredibly friendly. We truly appreciate the effort put into the various events held by the office as they’re always a blast! Maintenance is quick to respond and they take care to do the job correctly which is a contrast to some of the previous places we’ve lived! Our apartment is very well kept, modern, and surprisingly very energy-efficient, and we’ve never had any issues with bugs - also a contrast to a couple of the previous places we’ve lived. Additionally, Keltonwood is a fantastic community for pet owners as the staff is extremely accommodating. We feel lucky to call Keltonwood our home, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to live here."

"This is my second year of living here, absolutely love this place. Kaytee our Assistant Community Manager is an absolute gem, always manages to help if I ever have an issue arise. The maintenance blokes are also extremely courteous of your home and just overall amazing guys no matter when you run into them. And of course the community manager Katie J, couldn’t ask for a better person to be at the helm of this place. They all make it feel like a home."

"I have lived here since April 2021. This place is a great place to live! You can see that the maintenance staff and office staff actually care about this place/residents and try their best to make it a great place to live. Of course its not all sunshine and blue skies, but when a problem does come up the staff does everything to correct it as soon as possible. I plan on living here for at least a couple more years. My favorite amenity is the dog park, they just got it redone a few months ago and its amazing."
