"All I know is if the ladies in the office keep playing with my time because they’re bored they’re going to find themselves scrambling go keep them jobs they’re taking advantage of. it’s really a shame how once a nice apartment complex in ballantyne is getting all these bad reviews from the office alone. Some people can’t handle having a decent job and get power hungry and their true backgrounds start to show. I’m not playing these games much longer I have time. They don’t know anyone from a can of paint and moving with an attitude while playing childish games with someone’s living situation is real life crazy! It might be time to bring in someone with a real professional background for the job and I’ll personally see to it if I have to."
"Let me start off by saying that I have never been evicted, I don’t have bad credit and I have steady income. When I was at the office the leasing agent, Alexis, never mentioned any income requirements. I found this odd so I asked and the answer was “there isn’t one”. Puzzled, I asked again, and the response VERBATIM was “it does not matter as long as you can prove that you make money”. I left. Fast Forward to the application I was unsure whether do a short term lease or a full, due to an upcoming job transfer in the near future with no set date. Either way, I opted for the short one. This was on a Friday and by Sunday I got a REJECTION LETTER. I was crushed, how could this happen?! I read the decision and in black ink staring at me are the words “ insufficient income”. I was SO UPSET! The next day, Monday, I called the office to get clarification. Alexis says that “the shorter term is more per month so I would be required to make more money , than with the original ,lower quote ,for a full lease.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I specifically asked the income requirement and was told there was NONE. I would have gladly used a co signer! So now I speak with Jazmine the Property Manger. She was so nonchalant about the situation I didn’t even know if she had a pulse. She tells me there is an “income requirement but they do not know it until after the application has been submitted ”. That’s a straight up lie. The application asked for my income in order to consider my approval, that’s how it always wroks! Then I mention that I could add a cosigner. She offered to reopen the application but the UNIT I APPLIED FOR WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. THEY GAVE IT TO ANOTHER APPLICANT! I was furious! If they had NOT LIED to me, I would have applied with my co signer from the beginning. Now I am out the application fee, and I am left with having to start all over elsewhere. I thought this place would be nice since its part of Morgan Properties, I was wrong! This was THE WORST leasing experience I’ve ever had. Their carelessness and nonchalant attitude is UNACCEPTABLE , very disappointing and unprofessional. If we’re you I wouldn’t trust them. Will definitely let others know not to rent there!!!"
"I had a pleasure speaking to all the ladies in the office today, everyone was very helpful & professional and I felt a very welcoming environment. I would recommend you go to them if you’re looking for an apartment in the Ballantyne area they’ll take care of you. And if I was management I would give them a raise because they’re great."
"Do not move here!!!! Especially in the roundabout on the first floor. The cockroaches have infested this neighborhood. Cockroaches come out of the vents and cracks of your home there is no avoiding them. Trash is all over the community because they don’t have anyone to pick up litter. I’ve made 10 noise complaints about the large dog that runs around upstairs nothing has been done about it. Also maintenance entered my place with zero notification several times. I still have repairs that should have been completed before I moved in that have yet to be completed. Dog feces is everywhere I even had a dog s@&$ right in-front of my door on the rocks. Do you think they helped clean it of course not. Parking is a joke, you get one parking pass per lease holder. There are only 20 visitor spots and you have to pay to park in visitors parking."
