"Living here has been a nightmare. From day one we had problems and unfortunately it’s only gotten worse. Cockroaches are everywhere. Pest control came one day and cockroaches come back the next. Hot water in the shower, only for those who take a shower first, the others take a cold shower. The air conditioning handler is our alarm clock. He wakes us up every morning. The power outlets in the rooms don’t work, and now we have mold on the bathroom wall. Apart from the neighbors, they smoke at night, talk loudly, jump as if they were from the gymnastics team of the United States. All this was reported to Lady Celina, except the mold, but she was not working that day and to this day she did not have time to answer the email I sent on December 14. Now she tells me that if I want to change unit is simple, I need to put the 30 days notice and pay $500. Is this really your solution for me? Until today I received no help and no apology or anyone willing to help me. My rent has always been paid on time because it’s my obligation, but what about your obligations? To offer me a decent place to live, as I was promised when I first came here?"
"We stop by to check on those apartments and OMG, are very nice, Jada was the one who was helping us and as son she open the door I was impressed with the floor plan, the view, the whole apartment to be honest, but besides that, Jada was very nice and helpful, i call my husband on video to show him the second apartment that she show as and she even offered to go back to the first apartment for him to see it on video call as well!! She didn’t need to do that! But she did! And it was on the top floor! She is an example of what customer service is about. We definitely recommend this place."
"Probably the least favorite location I’ve lived. Was there for 14 months and property management switched through 3 different companies. The start of my lease I had to wait 4 hours before I even received my keys. Because they had it start on a Sunday yet their office was closed so until I randomly found one maintenance workers I didn’t get in my unit. Then was randomly charged an additional amount when I moved in besides the deposit, they called it a “welcome charge” but when I talked to the 3rd company to take over they said they did not have it on file and only a deposit. So X amount basically went missing to them. If I was you I’d avoid this property and look around somewhere else. Location was great, but there are other homes in that area that seem better just listening to other people and residents. I also have been in contact with this complex and they basically said since they don’t have it on record that I paid said amount there is nothing they can do about it. Yet I emailed them pictures from statements and reference numbers with the amounts. So basically they just seem like they are trying to steal money anyway they can."
"The last apartment I lived at the maintenance staff was non-existent. I could tell when I moved in, I saw the maintenance team out and about when I was touring. I asked Celina when I was ready to make a decision if the work orders as they came up were addressed timely. She was very confident when stating that we take that very seriously here. That was all I needed to hear. Celina was exactly right, I've been here for a short time but Tom has jumped on each work order I have had and he is always very pleasant when he addresses the issue. I finally happy now that I found a home at Greylyn Estates."
"We love living here. Kade in maintaining is amazing!!! He is quick and very good at his job. He even replaced both blinds when one of mine was broken so they would match!!! Jada is also a huge help!!! There is a blonde woman in the front office too who is extremely kind. No complaints. I am always excited to come home and have not had any issues living here!!!"
