"This is our second year living at Providence Park Apartments. Our family really enjoys living here. The apartments & townhomes are very spacious with beautiful floor plans. We enjoy the amenities offered as well. The staff both at the office & maintenance are superb! They’re quick, responsive and very courteous. The property is very well maintained and quiet. Super location & community. Excellent school systems. We’re very happy here."

"It's a beautiful place! I would even give it a five stars without having NOSY NEIGHBORS who absolutely CANNOT mind their business. They will complain about the air quality being your fault. We live around some narcissistic Karens and Kens when it should just be a home. Management will take their side but tell you they are just wanting to know what's going on. IT IS REPULSIVE. Find somewhere else for you and your family to stay because THIS isn't it. We will try and hold out for our lease to end WE ARE NOT RENEWING."

"DO NOT rent from them unless you want your apartment BROKEN into. Thanksgiving of 2022, when we came at night to our apartment, we realized someone broke into our home and stole a safe box with some jewelry in it worth thousands of dollars, that was the main reason why we were obligated to broke our lease after 6 months. We presented the claim to the manager and all we received was an “I’m sorry”. The place lacks of security and no cameras. Cars were broken into also. Apart from that, if your room is next to heating pumps, you are not able to sleep in winter, HORRIBLE continuously noises came from that thing. Additionally, the piping system collapsed during Christmas 2022 causing flooding in our building and literally was -4 degrees, and the whole building had to wait outside until the problem was fixed. They will see the minimum flaw in your apartment to NOT give you back the whole amount of security deposit. On top of that, horrible customer service. It was honestly one of the WORST experiences in our lives."
