IMT Ballantyne

"Hello. I am writing a very long overdue review of my experience with IMT Ballantyne from August 2023. I want to give a special thank you to Tiffany Encinas and Gabrielle Kallam. For context, I was apartment hunting over the summer focusing on IMT while I was living in another state trying to relocate to NC in Nov. There was an issue with an apt I was going to lease and to make a long story short the lease fell through by no fault of my own. Tiffany and Gabrielle apologized and refunded all the fees that I had paid up to that point. It was not at all what I had expected and was very grateful. I did end up moving to NC in Nov, and although I ended up moving to another apartment complex in a location that better suited my needs, I will tell anyone who wants to live in the Ballantyne area to highly consider IMT. The apartments are beyond beautiful along with the well kept grounds. But most of all, you have wonderful and kind people like Tiffany and Gabrielle to help you. :)"

When I visit you a year ago inquiring about a place Meg was so helpful she simply explained everything to me and she even cut her lunch break to help me the Conversation was very helpful I told her that I will be back when I was ready. She kept in touch with me. I just love her sense of human you need more people like Meg and her staff I will recommend anyone that is interested in a place to stay here. Thank you your team rocks"

Free coffee in the rec room. They always have functions for the residents. I would highly recommend IMT Ballantyne to any one looking for an apartment."
