"The place is decent itself for what it is. Needs some updates and better cleaning. Idk about the indoor building, just the apartments.The lady that works there I would not rent from again. She was nice the entire time we lived there mostly. When we moved she accused us of stealing her cable box and we left ours thinking it was hers. We didn't leave with much and definitely didn't have it..hence.. is why left ours thinking it was hers. Not sure why spectrum took it back, but they did. She never mentioned giving the security deposit back. I told her my work messed up and I would be getting a check in the mail, but because she was trying to scam us on the box, she returned my mail the day before it arrived. If you have a hard time, don't go here because you'll leave with a hard time and can't enjoy getting back on your feet."

"Place not clean when moved in no room service Said there laundry' on site but neglected to tell me until after I moved in that it was broke. Makes up something to not give deposit back. A very negative experience don't recommend moving there"
