Colonial House Motel 3545 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863

"This room to me is only worth 50 bucks a night. There was a awful smell in the room that smelled like bo and a musty smell. Bathroom shower still had hair in it and what looked like mold around the bathtub faucet seal. Beds was clean that's the only upside. Breakfast was only Biscuits and gravy that looked like someone made them from their house and brought them in. (Which doesn't bother me that much but is just what I'm saying) and stuff like muffins. I wouldn't go here unless I absolutely had to."

"Room was clean. Love having a refrigerator with a freezer separate. Also love having a microwave and refrigerator in room. I read many reviews prior to booking from one extreme to another. I brought my granddaughter for her birthday. We need the room to sleep and shower. It is perfect if that’s what you’re lookin for."

"Great place to stay. My wife and I stayed there last week and rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly always checking to see if we needed anything,heated pool was amazing, and within walking distance of old mill, grocery store, and so many attractions. I'd highly recommend anyone to stay here u will love it to"

"Zero stars is what I give this property. We stayed here about 20 years ago when our children were little and while the decor was outdated, it was a family owned clean hotel. So much has changed!!! After making last minute plans to attend the Fall Rod Run, this is the only hotel we found with availability….. Now I know why. Let’s start with the front desk. Let’s just say they could use customer service training. You got the impression you were bothering them when you walked in the door. They were too busy looking at the computer. Now to the deplorable room. The couch had so many stains, I was afraid to sit on it. The air conditioner made so much noise i was expecting it to die any minute. The bathroom faucet dripped the entire time, to top it off the room had a Smokey, musky smell that got into our clothes and fabric totes. EVERYTHING. Had to be washed when we got home regardless if it was dirty or not. We paid for 2 nights but it was so nasty we left after 1 night. If this is your only option for a hotel, keep driving!"

"I had a good experience here and would book with them again. The staff was friendly, the location was great, and I liked that there was a mini fridge, microwave, and table and chairs in the room. Pools were nice. The only reason I put 4/5 stars is because the bathrooms are tiny and the beds were a little uncomfortable but not terrible."
