"Weird little hotel we actually had to go through two parking lots of other places to get to it even though there was a perfectly good entrance that took you directly to the hotel but for some strange reason was roped off from being able to be used. Don't know what that was about but the rooms could have been a little more up to date and cleaner but my 'friend' I was meeting there didn't seem to mind. Heeheehee"

"Great location. Front desk service was extremely polite and friendly. Pet friendly. Rates are good and the room was clean. A very nice spread for breakfast every morning from 6:30am to 10:00am. Will definitely return here next time we are around the Smokies."

"Stayed at this place mid November. It was right by the main road so location was optimal. The room was clean and the sheets + pillows appeared very clean as well. Price was only 76 for a night but they didn’t tell you beforehand about a 16$ cleaning fee. Having a warm breakfast was nice as well, they had items such as a waffle maker, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, croissants, special types of bread, cereal and a few other small things. Very enjoyable stay :)"

"Room floors are disgusting! Carpet is very gross. Make sure you have slippers, socks or something to walk around on the carpet. Had a live flea, a dead flea, and a dead tick in the bed. When Housekeeping is cleaning rooms, they do not use a vacuum (witnessed that on many rooms). Dog poop on the pavement (no one cleans outside). Night attendant at desk was rude and not willing to help (a middle aged female). Definitely doesn't go above and beyond. The rest of the staff was very nice. We stayed 3 nights. Breakfast wasn't too bad. Typical continental breakfast. The location is good. You are on the "strip" and near Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, as well as many other places. Driveway is very confusing but once you figure it out you get use to it. However, I'm definitely not staying there again."

"This hotel is a sweet gem! I stayed here because of other reviews I saw for a good breakfast buffet and we were not disappointed. Jerome was awesome at check in when I had some trouble getting a work authorization form sent to them, he was patient and super nice to work with. The room was great, there was no moisture/mildew smells like hotels usually have, and it was just far enough off the parkway strip to reduce the noise level, we loved it!! Breakfast was hot and fresh, waffles, sausages, eggs, pastries, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit."
