"No working TV! I went to the front desk to get a remote since the room didn't have one, and his response was when did you check in, I told him about an hour ago, he response again was why did you wait so long to get a remote.... he almost wouldn't give me one, but he did. When I got back to my room the remote would not turn the TV on even though it did light up to signal it was working. I used my phone verses dealing with the angry man at the front desk. I won't be back! $100 a night I should be able to watch TV and without being greeted with anger from the front desk!"

"The front desk clerk says his name is V, there was no manager available, and he says he is not the manager. Meanwhile, I later found out my card was temporarily blocked, which is why we couldn't rent a room. So I appreciate V's patience regarding the entire ordeal. And truly apologize for interfering with his time."

"It’s in a sketchy place but honestly it’s very well maintained and the rooms are pretty great if you are just waiting for a flight or spending a night or something. Also I’m relieved that they have a microwave as well. There’s lots of crackheads and hobos around the area but as long as you don’t go outside it’s pretty nice"

"Not friendly people working there. First shift lady is ok,2nd shift is the nicest one. He barely speaks English. 3rd shift is worst. Rude, denied me toilet paper. I had to go across street at 1am to get toilet paper for my girl. Later on I had grabbed a broom and dustpan that was in hallway and cleaned my floor. When I was almost finished he came to room and got in my face took broom from me ,wouldn't let me finish picking up my mess and said broom isn't for us. Don't touch. He needs to go to hospitality school. Don't recommend staying there. Unless last resort. No shower liner, dirty towels . Leaking bathroom pipes, rude and unfriendly workers."

"The staff were so nice and accomidating. We came in for work remodeling their local BJs Wholesale Club and the whole week we stayed they were so gracious and hospitable. The room was very clean. No microwave in room only the fridge. Yet they have a nice microwave available for anybody anytime. I also like how nobody could enter the builing without the key. Great price and great staff."
