InTown Suites Extended Stay Charlotte NC - Airport

"I recently stayed at this location for a week and will never stay here again or recommend this location. The all male staff were very hostil and argumentative. As a female I was approached on multiple occasions by a large black man that said he was from New Orleans. I had no idea who this man was until I was rudely spoken to by the property manager at the front desk telling me he worked there. It is very scary as a woman to have a strange man with no uniform or name tag banging on my door early in the morning because I haven't had a chance to walk my trash bag all the way down from the 3rd floor to the dumpster across the parking lot. I also had the same man just walk in my room saying he had to working on something. I should have been contacted beforehand that someone needed to come in my room. All of this is extremely unacceptable! If you are a woman you should never stay here!!"

"Had a late check in. I made reservations in advance. There was only 2 rooms for me to pick from. Both were dirty as hell. When I expressed concern to general manager he said he would send house keeping which is the only really I accepted the room. Well guess what, house keeping never came. When I tried to ask the housekeeper myself for assistance, she was very rude and disrespectful. I’ve even complained to another general manager who had to cover this site. She made it seem like she was going to reach out to regional manger and nothings. And I’m suppose to be a “upgraded” room."

"There’s no rate to give for this place. This place needs to be reported to the better Business Bureau, State sanitation, OSHA,. It’s all smiles when your inquiring about rooms. But once they get your money the horns come out. Not even a hour after moving in I was asking for my money back. I was met with no assistance. Rooms are nowhere close to the picture, bugs galore, stains on mattress. Looks like a murder scene. Ac constantly needing resetting. This place is so misleading I wish I could upload these pictures. Now I think I’ve been ate up by bed bugs. I have red marks all over my arms, neck, and chest that I see. It’s time to contact a lawyer."

"I was a resident here for 6 days. The room was clean, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the Property Attendant Veronica was outstanding. She assisted me with a small issue and she went way above and beyond to make sure my family was satisfied with the resolution. What a Gem!! The children loved her"

"Too many roaches and nats. there was never room service once, the lights went out, no maintenance man came to fix them. The laundry machine stole my quarters. I never got a refund. The a/c unit in the room leaks and ruined a whole wardrobe of my clothes, and the lint ridden dryers and washers almost finished them off for good. The staff seemed cool until one of them was arrested early in the morning. It seems crazy that even though some of the staff are living here, little is done about these issues. It's been a month, and every time, there's an issue it's just another stick note."
