"For the price you pay I really have no complaints. We only have one issue with our room which was a clog sink. Other than that breakfast was good. Staff was outstanding, and we were very happy with our stay."

"We drove over 7 hrs in the pouring rain and finally made it to our hotel at Staybridge Suites. We were greeted and welcomed with the best guest service experience by Nicole. She was very friendly and extremely polite. She checked-us in and we went to our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the tv was not working. The sound was working great, but there was only a black screen without a picture. We contacted the front desk and Nicole immediately apologized and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We changed rooms, but the other room didn’t have a walk-in shower. We contacted Nicole again and informed her that we would prefer a walk-in shower like our initial room. We decided to just stay in the room with the broke tv, but it was a great experience because Nicole tried her best to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Today, we woke up to a surprise guest. We noticed a roach crawling near the door inside our room. I associated this with all of the bags of trash that someone had left near the elevator. It looked like a week worth of trash from someone’s room. I’m not really certain. This trash was at the elevator when we checked in and it was still there this morning when we went down to get coffee."

"Would have gotten a 5 star rating for everything but the room wreaked of deodorizing spray, blunts and weed which was not the fault of the hotel. It was obvious that the guests before us were smoking in the room as they had stuffed laundry wipes in the vents and covered the smoke alarm with a bag. As far as the staff and rest of our experience it was great."

"This was an excellent hotel chain that I just learned about in Charlotte North carolina. They do have different room models but I picked the studio king bedroom. They had great decor. The amenities such as the kitchen and living area was in great shape, not overly used or appeared worn. They did have a fitness center with lifting equipment and a pool that was functional. Hot breakfast was served. The location was okay. Not within walking distance but not far when driving. The staff at the front desk are awesome. This place is a definite recommend."

"Upon initially checking in to this hotel I was nicely greeted and recognized for my IHG platinum status. The person that checked me in was very nice and accommodated my floor request. When getting into my room it didn't look like the picture so when asking I found that the studio suite was an all in one room, but was able to receive an upgrade to a standard suite due to my platinum status which is a separate living area and bedroom. The new room was very nice, but the only bad thing I'll mention is a strange black tar or ink around the living room sofa leg along with what looked like burn marks towards the window where a chair was placed. This same black tar or ink was also on the top of one of the bed comforters. The breakfast was also good in the morning and was always being stocked. I also didn't notice any loud noises while in my room or while sleeping which was great since I usually sleep with everything off. Lastly any staff I dealt with were all very nice. In the end I would certainly stay here again as it was overall a great stay."
