"I came back specifically to this location because the service is amazing! I am wheelchair bound and traveling alone ant the staff is super attentive when I need assistance, but also threat me with respect and kindness and I don’t feel “othered” in their presence. The building itself is fully accessible, as is the room, which is rare in my experience. I had such a win experience the first time I stayed, there was no question of where I would book this time! Highly recommend!"

"First thing - this post is regarding Tyvola Glenn location. The staff is great and very accommodating. But that is probably where everything good ends. I stayed at an extended suites in Augusta Georgia just the week prior and I am so amazed at the difference in these two locations. The Tyvola Glen location has extremely dirty carpets, they are literally disgusting. Each hallway floor has track marks going all down the hallways and there are ground in dirt marks in front of every door. The location has had somewhat of an update but the insides need some work. I stayed in two different rooms, the refrigerators have rust all over them the kitchens have uncovered outlets and they're out of date with regards to the quality of the location in Augusta. There is a huge difference in the bedding and the mattress from one location to the other. (Mind you the price was just about the same) And I can say from one location to the other that this 10 step guarantee to cleanliness is not put in place at probably any location. Because when I'm finding hair, broken toenails, a dirty rag up underneath the sink, there is no way that a supervisor is coming in and checking. There's lots of other issues that I encountered during my stay and I would love for someone from Extended Stay America to reach out for details."
