"The place is new and in good shape. The staff was polite. The bed was not as comfortable as others I have used. Parking was not good and costly for our stay at 24 dollars a day. The system would say our car was out when it was checked in, which made it so the car was never ready for us. The area seemed safe and was located close to other conveniences."

"Absolutely one of the best hotel stays we have experienced stateside! We needed to change hotels quickly and the staff did not skip a beat to get things ready for us quickly. From the wonderful accommodations that were spacious and clean to the charcuterie board and wine sent up to celebrate my husbands birthday —Elizabeth went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable! The restaurant staff and manager were superb and the exterior of the hotel clean and well manicured, making it easy and less stressful to have our small dog along for the trip. We were comfortable taking him out even at night! Even the valet personnel were personable and kind. Thank you so much for your care and hospitality. You guys saved our trip!!!!!"

"Here is my experience with this hotel and treat this as multiple times I stayed here . On my first stay I had stated here with my whole group for a conference. Not only was the arrangement sub - par but they also fraudulently charged my credit card with someone else’s stay which I had to run after the GM to rectify after multiple communication. Today I tried checking in here and at 11 pm I have to leave as it seems they have given away my room to someone else due to overbooking .. and the whole hotel was casual about it and they had a problem with why I was annoyed at 11 pm at night when I don’t have a place to stay after booking the reservation in advance . And by the way I am a Titanium member."

"I came here for a graduation. The hotel is nice, spacious and clean. But the hotel walls are thin so you can hear people in the other rooms and hallways if they are being too loud. The staff are very helpful, polite and professional. The food and drinks are great, you won't be disappointed. You have so many options of retail stores and restaurants that are close range to the hotel."
