"Fantastic new hotel. The rooms are quiet, the beds are comfortable, and everything is clean. Plenty of parking and convenient highway access too. Dunkin Donuts is located in the same parking lot if you don't want a hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay here again."
"This is not a hotel to choose. Rooms are worn down. Ventilation is noisy, staff have so far not solved a single one of my complaints. Room cleaning ever 3 days.... Even bed is dirty. Will never be back."
"New Courtyard Hotel. Front desk agent, Christina, was very friendly and efficient. Room was very clean and well appointed with plenty of outlets and amenities including coffee, microwave and fridge. The best experience was in the Bistro where we had the pleasure of having Letty wait on us. Not only was her service outstanding but her awesome attitude and smile made our day great. She really is an asset to this hotel property! We will be back, especially to see Letty! Don and Jim, Pittsburgh, PA"
"The hotel was close to everything we needed. Very clean and quiet. I booked online and the room looked exactly like the pictures. Check-in was at 3pm and Check-out at 12pm, which is nice since some hotels have you checking in later and out earlier. I've read the other reviews where people said the rooms where dirty and they've found hairs. This is what I typically notice right away, everything seemed clean the beds and bathroom. We were located on the 2nd floor near the busy road but we didn't hear much of any noise."
"Nice experience this weekend. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet yet close to the mall and many restaurant choices. The bed was very comfortable. Only negative was that there was some confusion about payment. My manager had been told her credit card would be charged, but when I checked in and again when I checked out, I was told I needed to pay with my card. It was all figured out eventually. I would definitely stay here again when traveling for work."
