"Showed up to a drug deal happening outside the hotel. Ran across the street to the holiday inn. Don’t stay here unless you want “random knocks on your door in the middle of the night” according to my Uber driver. They wouldn’t give me a refund either after I called 1 hour after booking the room. Took my money and I didn’t even stay there. Stay away from this place there’s plenty of places around the airport."
"This hotel is a fraud will not refund your money if there was an issue at the hotel. My girlfriend book a room online and paid. We get there so I can help carry her stuff to the front desk as well as the room. So the front desk takes her I.d and everything was good till she asked for mine and I was not staying I was dropping her off so she kept asking for mine and I told her my I.d is being mailed out to me from dmv so i showed her my temporary I.d and she said she couldn’t take it! So then she says my girlfriend can’t get the room and she can’t even get her refund back that was her last amount of money for her to have a room so pretty much this hotel is awful and very disappointing. I really don’t recommend this hotel"
"Place was pretty clean and up-to-date. Bedding wasn’t the most comfortable, I guess that’s expected with inexpensive motels and hotels. Very convenient to the airport. I don’t know why you couldn’t use the front lobby when checking in and checking out. You had to use a door that came in the back of the office and was hard to hear the person talking to you because of the ice machine running, and anything else in that room."
"Filthy room that positively REEKED of smoke. I am not a picky person. I don't mind staying in cheap motels, I don't need frills, all I expect is a clean room. This was not even close. Towels were dingy and appeared used. We went to Walmart and bought some $1 hand towels, chlorox wipes and febreeze. The smoke smell was so bad that the next night (at a different hotel) my pajamas still stunk so heavily of smoke that I had to sleep in my clothes for the rest of my trip. Tub had soap rings on the side from the bottom of a soap/shampoo bottle still on it, clearly had never even been rinsed or wiped. Dead bugs everywhere. Paint or nail polish stains all over the coverlet on the bed. It was pretty gross all around. The only pros were the check in staff were friendly, the fridge/freezer worked good as did the microwave. And the place was right next to a waffle house for breakfast."
"The service area is always closed apparently. You gotta go through this terrible “night window” and it’s hard to hear. The room is tiny. The shower was dripping all night, can’t turn it off. When I said something to management they said it’s more their issue because it costs money. And didn’t seem to care. The room was damp and musty. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s black mold showing up in the next month. Sheets are rough. The bed is fairly comfortable cushion wise at least. And they do have a TV, Microwave, and Fridge/Freezer that seemed clean, no visible spots in it. Also, lots of loud noises. There was a guy doing leaf blowing at 7am outside"
