"Rooms are outdated but comfy for a night or two stay. Location is pretty good, on the south end of Charlotte minutes from downtown. Lots of place near to eat and shop. Reasonably priced during the week and hot breakfast served everyday till 9am. Staff was helpful and nice."

"I stayed here 3 nights and while I know budget Charlotte hotels are always a bit sketchy, I had a nice stay here with a friendly woman at the front desk and no real issues-- untill the incessant hammering began right above my room at 7:30am on the final morning. I was hoping to sleep for another hour but not a chance. Note this isn't a child making noise or something like that. They have literal construction taking place right above my room at 7:30am on a Monday. Totally annoying."

"One of the worst expiriences ever had in a hotel. Really bad air in the room. Had a caugh for 2 days after. Not good hygiene in general. They say rooms are treated after something is found, but that would need to be done in the house not only rooms."

"We were in town for a football game and decided to stay here due to it being very close to a light rail stop. The hotel is ok if you don't mind older, dated rooms. Could have been a little cleaner but was fine for what we needed. Good restaurants are within walking distance or just a short trip on the light rail. The staff was very nice and the price was affordable."

"The bathroom toilet seat was so loose that you'd fall off if you weren't careful. Probably should fix that before someone gets hurt. The carpet in there was gorgeous and the bed was comfortable. The front desk agent was sweet."
