"The room was immaculate!!It was very nice, CLEAN AND QUIET! The concierge was very short ,to point when I arrived about 9p.m. The concierge after midnight rubbed me the wrong way. I was purchasing snacks and she kept saying,they only take credit and or debit cards. I just looked at her. I was wondering why she kept saying that and didn't attempt to scan my items. I was wondering if she thought I was paying with cash or EBT. Then she asked, was I going outside. I didn't answer her. She responded, she wondered why I had a sweatshirt on because she was burning up....I'm not sure if she was trying to make conversations or what but what I had on was none of her business. But my stay was wonderful."

"Wonderful hotel! Incredible staff, amazing bar, and surprisingly great bar food! Prices are totally reasonable, the bed and amenities were fantastic, and just off the beaten path enough to be customer focused and not always crazy busy. If you just want a great night's rest (with or without kids), and stay away from the real hustle of Charlotte this is the place to be."

"I was part of a weekend long event at this hotel and I cannot say enough nice things about this location. Beautiful, slick, modern hotel with a large lobby and gorgeous outdoor space. Rooms are awesome and the staff is *chef’s kiss* Special shout out to Emma at the desk and Gabe in maintenance for all of your help! All of management was amazing and all of our attendees felt comfortable and spoiled. Absolutely recommend."

"For events, service, and the rooms, this place is top quality. It is also in a great location, being walkable to several restaurants. The rooms are very clean and new. The bathroom is modern. But the main reason for my review is how well my group was treated for our event. They treated us like royalty, greeting us, helping us get what we needed, and they even threw in some extras like cookies and coffee. I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Waverly, and I intend to stay here again in the future."
