"Hot tub is in need of updating very badly.. not very hot and no cover would not get over 78° and that's the only real disappointment.. otherwise I would come back but with a different cabin if this one is not fixed.."

"The hot tub was a mess there was no cover on it bugs and whatever else was in the hot tub ,the TV in the downstairs living room did not work at all the conches was a lil outdated but other than that the trip was pretty good...."

"The property is ran by Vacasa! I came to find the cabin yesterday (4 hours before check in) and I caught the cleaning people here and they let me look inside. I found that the hot tub had no water in it. I called Vacasa to let them know and that stated they would get it taken care of. So we went exploring and came back about 4 hours after my check in( 8 after I called) no water still in the hot tub! THEN we found the fire place didn't work! The garden tub that has jets wouldn't work!! Then I wake up the morning at 6 because the cabin is 61 degrees freezing my you know what!! I have the thermostat set at 70!! Now getting Vacasa on the phone for any answers is a joke! I had a bad experience with them 2 years ago in PC Beach but I figure I would give them another try!! NEVER AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM ANY PROPERTIES THUR VACASA!!!"

"We loved The Preserve community and would stay again however the location of this cabin does not offer a good Mountain View. The view is obscured by overgrown trees very close to the cabin and the cabin faces the opposite direction of the best views. Suggest one in the 3100’s if you book one."
