"This was a lucky find. Lots of parking around, very quiet, safe and easily accessible. The apartment is fully furnished, including the kitchen. You could cook as much as you like. I was very impressed. And I will certainly be staying there again."

"Overall, the property was very nice! Our Kasa was very neat and clean. The area was located near downtown Charlotte and only a few minutes away from South Park Mall. My takeaways: The Carpet/rug wasn't feet friendly. Stylish, but uncomfortable to walk on. May I suggest to keep on your comfy socks or slippers. One of our pans was scorched. I'm not sure if housekeeping saw that prior to our stay. May I suggest supplying non-stick pots and pans. Beautiful set but your food does stick to the bottom, even if you use oil or butter. Our wifi would go in and out in the living room area. It would stay connected at all times in the bedroom. I made customer service aware of the issue. I troubleshooted on my own before reaching out. They provided me with steps to try. Most had already been done. Still, nothing worked. We did receive a noise complaint before quiet hours. I'm not sure if it was because of a guest or because of a noise meter. However, it was due to us popping balloons from my 4-year-old birthday. I decorated our space so he could be surprised. We were cleaning up the night before check-out, hence the “noise” making. Overall, I would book again! I've recommended this location to several family and friends!"

"The room far exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing, the cleanliness was top notch. Loved the availability of laundry detergent, toiletries, dish soap, etc. Please do not change a thing! We will be staying here again!"

"The word I have for my stay is awesomeness. Extremely good apartment with very good amenities, really taken care of, very tidy and clean. Distance from the apartment to downtown is 5-7 minutes tops. Building is in a gated community, which adds up to security of the place. I just hope ever city I visit from now on has a Kasa apartment. I will definitely rent with them again."
