"My RENTAL car was towed last night without warning. Absolutely dumb that you all require a car to be registered as a guest even if the car is only there for a day. You should give people at least a warning notice on their car before just calling a tow, I would’ve just returned it earlier if that were the case. This complex isn’t even nice enough to have a policy like that in place."
"Don't recommend this place, go somewhere else. Firstly, 2 hours before I moved, we were notified that our apartment had been changed to another because the one I was supposed to get was flooded, and to give them more time so they could clean the new unit. I had to be incovienced and change my schedule just to move in. I moved in to find a unit that was absolutely dirty, the door handles were hanging off, lights didn't even work. We had a major issue where when it rained, the floor tiles would start seeping water, some guy came in and put some tape below the door to the patio. Few months later, rains again, and we have the same issue again. The mailbox I got did not even open because it was also broken, it took them weeks to give me my key to the gym. Their website to put in service requests is also terrible and only works half the time, there's also a cockroach infestation, I've had them come spray 3 times, and I still keep finding roaches. It's enticing due to how close it is to UNC Charlotte, but don't bother, it's not worth the price"
"Worst behavior from the leasing staff , they are not even interest in finding a business, but more interested on completing the daily hours somehow. They canceled the appointment for delaying 10 minutes as i went there with my baby and family. Worst behavior and not even understanding the humanity . If this is their behavior for a future resident, then what will be once we moved to there. Guys i visited 3 to 4 apartments near to that area , this is the worst and worst with respect to leasing office and staff . OWNERS needs to be aware about this please."
"Where do I even begin? Our first walkthrough of the unit; we found broken appliances, rotted wood beneath the kitchen sink, and multiple cockroaches/pests. We discussed this with the community manager; and they did work to rectify the situation as soon as possible. Months later, we noticed a water leak/damage in our ceiling. We reached out to maintenance and the leasing office multiple times (our neighbors did as well); we were brushed off, and told there no was active leak/problem. Meanwhile, the damage continued to spread. Instead of looking for the issue/attempting to fix anything, they patched the hole in the ceiling, and painted over it. After 2 months of this, they finally decided to come take a closer look, and found that there was actually a leak from our upstairs neighbor’s balcony. Without proper notice/communication; they brought in industrial fans, cut a hole in the ceiling, and partitioned the apartment; one of the bedrooms was completely inaccessible during this. We were not offered the opportunity to be rehoused or to end our lease early, prior to them starting the repair. We reached out to the community manager again, who was extremely remorseful, stating that she didn’t know how serious the repair was, being that they use contractors. And if she did, she would have provided us with other options. Eventually she did offer to refund our last months rent and security deposit because of this. It has now been over 2 months since my lease ended; and I still have not received my refund as promised. When reaching out to the leasing office about this; I am repeatedly told to wait 2 weeks, then reach back out if there are any issues. It has been over 60 days of this."
"Admin staff is always available to help you out when you have doubts or concerns and work hard to solve issues that are not working properly. Maintenance team is quick to response and very respectful of our home. I have been here for a year and half and really love it! Good for families!"
