"First of all I never lived at Mulbury Court but my Son did. From what I know of the complex my Son had a beautiful Apartment. His apartment was a loft that was just lovely. Diningroom,bedroom,Living room,, area was just gorgeous overlooking his kitchen, living groom nd dining area. Problem is when you live there Make sure that you're able to pay the rent. Great Court yard. Very private. Know that if you can't pay rent...they will come after their money like Regional Management...meaning they'll start a man hunt if need be. Just pay your rent!!! Although I was not the tenant, I enjoyed his stay, then he bought his first house. Salute Mulbury Court for allowing his first start. Mrs.Paul E. Brown"
"The rental office take forever to respond to requests. It took a month to get a working stove. Many of the air conditioning units sont work. And most of tenant s abuse hard drugs and needles, vails and straw are everywhere."
"Mulberry Court is a slightly hidden gated apartment complex in downtown Baltimore. Through its gates are a small community of apartments in a "co-housing" vibe. It's a tad bit pedestrian, and though my friends apartment is quite nice in its design I do not think it's worth the cost that he pays."
"I've been a tenant here since Halloween 2016. I do, however love the peace and quietness of this gated community."
