"This place is in a newly constructed development. Inside is very nice and clean. The movies that play on the elevator screen was very entertaining as I made my way to the top. Staff was very informative!"

"Our overall experience was very good. Staff are very good at the Berkleigh, maintenance department is attentive always making themselves available for urgent situations. We lived there for 1.5 years in transition to our permanent residence being built. The building is non-smoking, secure, located is good and offers a safe area for walks and relaxing. Functional floor plans with updated fixtures. Appliances are average. The building offers covered parking, however SEVERAL times during our stay we had to complain about other residents parking in our Reserved spot. Coming home after a long day at work having to spend hours dealing with this ongoing issue is exhausting. THE Company POLICY regarding this issue is very weak and continued to be a constant source of aggravation for us. Berkleigh gives warnings to offenders with little to no apology for our inconvenience.. There are 300+ residents in this building, conceivably we could have gone through this aggravation 300+ times. Uggg Reserved spots are $150-200.00 a month. Berkleigh offers Community Common Area. The cost is quite expensive for small groups $275.00 We would have rented it on several occasions if they’d provided a fee appropriate for groups under 10."

"I moved in a little over a month. I downsized from a two-bedroom to a one-bedroom because apartment leasing prices have increased a lot since Covid. I wanted a one-bedroom with a den, but none was available. The property is well-maintained and cleaned, well lit. Pretty much quiet during the quiet hours. I have not used all of the amenities, but I will slowly. I enjoyed my first community appreciation dinner twice. I recommend the management company and its properties. I was considering three on my list when I selected The Berkleigh. I have had a few problems with the technology. The staff has diligently been trying to correct it. My virtual door opener was working, but then it stopped. The resident portal was working now I can not sign in. In the meantime, I will let my guest in by going to the front door, where I will get my exercise in and pay in person until everything properly works. I recommend The Berkleigh and Bozzuto Management Group."

"Lived her for a year and a half. Starting our next lease and all is wonderful. Love the amenities provided. Staff are helpful and always pleasant . The garage is fabulous during cold and rainy weather. The grounds are kept lovely and I enjoy walking my dog around the property. Pleasant living experience."
