"The manager and staff was so accommodating to our needs. The rooms were clean as was the lobby and restrooms. The breakfast was extremely delicious and abundant Our stay was made much more pleasant at a time when we were all under stress. Thank you manager and staff."

"I stayed here three nights for a convention. I asked for towels, linens and housekeeping daily at check in, and then again every morning after that. I never once had my room serviced, fresh towels, or clean linens. I received no recognition at all as a diamond member. You may want to bring supplemental light if you want to work in your room. There are only a few lights and it is very dim On the positive side, the elevators work well and are quite fast"

"The hotel was beautifully renovated. Every employee was kind and helpful. Valet was a little hard to figure out at first but the attendants were awesome. Location was excellent for a Ravens game. Plenty of places to eat or get drinks within walking distance. Hoping to stay again in the fall! Oh, pool did feel very cold though...we didn't swim though."

"We just love the Hampton Inn downtown Baltimore. The good- fulfilling free breakfast, indoor pool, laundry room, and gym access hours 9am-10pm, and close meter street parking. Front desk sells snacks, wine, soda and beer. Bar two doors down and gas station across the street. Our 2 queen bed and pull out sofa room was reasonably priced at about 120 per night. Excellent rooms with great view, valet parking, clean hotel, very professional staff. The bad- almost 20 minutes walking distance to the Baltimore harbor. Valet parking at the hotel is $40.00 a day, street parking is meter parking, no turkey or beef meat options for the free breakfast, and the hotel holds $100 per night on your credit card based on how many nights you stay. So if you stay for 3 nights, when you check in they’ll hold $300 on your account and give back within 48 hours. Other than that, great hotel !!!!"

"I would have given it 5 stars but breakfast did not offer any fruit. Most Hampton Inns have a fair breakfast but usually at least offer fruit. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Gym was decent and the service was outstanding. John at the desk was super friendly and helpful."
