"The best experience thus far for apartment rentals. Louise is very helpful and is always there when you need assistance. Everyone working in the building are very friendly. The only thing I would say that is odd is the A/C. The living room shares it with the bedroom, however, it's too cold in the bedroom when it's on. Also, in winter, when you switch to heat, the bedroom is too hot. Not sure what can be done about that. Thought to mention it. Other than that, we love staying here!"

"I moved into 414 Light street this last August. 10 stars for the rating, but Google won’t put that option. 414Light street is a Home within a community, its tall rising building, with its Neighborhood in of itself. You live a Lively life there, I moved in for Business coming from oversees. I felt like being within a family, because thats what the great staff and employees here try to genuinely do , to be a 414Light street Family. You will never get bored, with the different social activities and the wide spaces, where you can socialize with other residents and friends. In the Heart of Inner Harbor, 414 Light street has a privileged location, with a breathtaking view on Inner Harbor’s waterfront and Federal Hill. This is the place to move in , when someone is looking for a Home and a community together. Before I move in from oversees, I have communicated with Louise Bengtsson, a phenomenal person. She is the Leasing agent working in 414Light street, and the every-month employee of the Month 12/months a year kind of Person, who just strives to make your move-in as perfect as it can be, and even afterwards. When I just think she has done the max, she keeps pushing the bar higher. I must mention The king of all events with in 414 Light street Mr Alain Kwango A moving mass of Positivity, happiness and hospitality. Not to forgot the lovely ladies who take the most of the night shifts. Thanks for everyone in 414Light street for making us feels as if we are a big family of residents. 414Light street is not just home.. Its a Home for all of Us"

"414 light st has to be best place to live in Baltimore city with the best views! All amenities are very upscale and kept clean and up to date. Leasing staff and concierge are very friendly, helpful, and always available. I would like to let the management team know that Louise has made my move in very smooth and easy. She goes out of her way to help you. She responded VERY fast to my questions and concerns even on her days off. She provides the greatest customer service and communicates with full transparency. If you are considering a resort style amenities and service, you need to deff come visit 414 and talk to Louise. You won’t be disappointed."
