Harbor Hill Apartments

"Long term resident - recently moved. Nicest apartments and rental community in Fed Hill *ruined* by current leasing staff. Lived at Harbor Hill through several managers, and all were terrific until the most recent: surly, unhelpful, condescending and dismissive of residents. Acts as though Harbor Hill would be great...if only the residents would just disappear! Long-term construction project and loss of parking on the horizon don't help, but at least those are temporary issues. Really a terrific shame, but ultimately felt the substantial price tag wasn't worth being treated like an inconvenience. Potential renters beware! Update: Too funny! Management takes Stevie's one-word, 4-star comment (i.e., "OK") and says thanks for the 5-star review that they "exceeded expectations!" What nonsense. Typical of the 'new and improved' Harbor Hill."

"Did not have a positive experience at Harbor Hill. Moved in when the previous property manager (Tracy) was here, and she was phenomenal (which explain the older positive reviews). Shortly after the new management came, it was nothing less than a nightmare. The new management is lethargic and indifferent to our needs and problems. Turnaround for basic maintenance work is over three days. Stolen packages and lack of security is not adequately addressed. Infact it’s met with a blank stare and shrug. It’s unfortunate because the apartments are beautiful. We thankfully moved out and would not rent here."

"I cannot say enough great things about Tracy and Harbor Hill Apartments. My husband and I lived there for 4 years and wouldn't change a thing. The only reason we moved was to buy our first home and Tracy even made sure the transition went smoothly. The apartment complex is safe, spacious and beautiful. The amenities of free coffee, a business center, gym and huge roof deck are enough to make anyone want to life there year after year. There's also parking and storage units available so basically you're covered with anything you might need. And does it get any better than taking your morning coffee walk around historic Federal Hill which by the way, is your front yard!? Amazing.I would recommend Harbor Hill apartments to anyone who wants to live in Fed Hill and have a beautiful place to call home :)"

"Everyone at this building has been so wonderful. My boyfriend lives at this building and while I have been looking for a new home, I stayed here for a total of about 3 months. The staff here are unbelievably kind and helpful. If you are thinking about moving here, but just aren’t sure if it’s right, just trust me. Go here and visit. Tracy, the manager, is so attentive, and she picks up on very often overlooked details. And she is always smiling and doing fun little things for the residents here. David is the all around, Swift, and knowledgeable maintenance man. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve been locked out, even in the middle of the night, and David got here fast to let me in. He’s a perfect gentleman. Mosses cleans up the building and empties all the trash. So good at his job, and is always a friendly face there to hold a door, or grab an elevator for you when your hands are full. The security is fantastic. The apartments are gorgeous. It’s an old school so you can imagine all the hallways are big and the rooms are the size of classrooms. So they are huge as well. The views are outstanding. The best in the city for sure. Just such good people. I feel like I have made some new friends. Don’t hesitate, this building is hot! The pictures don’t do it justice. The place is a knockout. Hope this help you make your decision. I’ll be back here when I’m visiting my boyfriend. It’s exciting to get my new home, but sad to leave this one. It’s been great here. "Beautiful building in an amazing location. My apartment is huge compared to others in this area around the same price range and having parking in a gated garage is priceless for this area. Nice sized gym with modern machines and the rooftop deck is absolutely stunning. Moving in was so easy. The property manager Tracy is an angel whom made sure we were happy at every step in the process."
