Leave eviction notices on your door, even if it was incorrectly placed there and when you speak to the manager...she doesn't seem to care in the slightest about any of your concerns. If you have no other options this place is mehh for the price and expect many issues including pests during your time there."

"The office staff was very helpful when looking for an apartment. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue they get right on it. The problem we have is with our neighbors: smoking cigarettes and marijuana in the stairwell every day, loud music and TVs until midnight or after. No respect for neighbors. Really wish something could be done."

"If you don’t mind living with mice infestation and roaches this is the place for you! Parking lots have 20 spots for 80 units. They send out notices about where you can’t park instead of creating more parking spaces! Acres of grass that can be turned into parking spaces. You will have to park on the street! They charge $100 to change your locks. You can hear you neighbors through the walls! Don’t worry about complaining because they do nothing. No shopping in the neighborhood except a bunch of convenience stores and a family dollar. No market! A complete food desert! Crime level has went down tremendously and it is close to highways and downtown without the price. If you have to live here I get it, but don’t expect much. The area is close to port Covington which is being built up, so I’m sure rent prices will spike."

"Its not to bad for me ... I did have a insect problem exterminator came and took care of the problem... That comes with having neighbors sometimes... Never hadd problem with rent office and the process was fairly easy ... I moved in my apartment around covid time ..."

"I didn’t know until now moved in that there is a roach infestation. Exterminator has been out but has not done any good. I found roaches climbing over the back door where the kitchen is. I have only been here a few months and I’m making plans to move out. In addition the young Hoodrat females argue late at night into the early morning."
