"Having seen 18 properties in 3 days, I feel inclined to write a review on the stand- out experience I had touring Thames Point. I walked in without having called beforehand and was helped immediately. The leasing agent, Andrew, was really wonderful and methodical, and made this a very personalized experience! His attention to detail, pointed questioning and thoughtfulness was so refreshing and appreciated, he left no stone unturned. Thank you Andrew!! The apartment building itself is slightly dated but seems very well maintained. One of the maintenance men ( i think his name was Jeremiah) was in the office when we came back, he was very friendly and helpful! The apartments themselves are beautiful! Incredible natural light, exposed brick, high ceilings— tons of space! Can’t beat the price for the location and square footage. I did not end up leasing from this apartment (I was set on having a balcony) but I almost compromised due to the cozy feel and hospitality, which stood in stark contrast to the massive new builds I toured. Great option for renting in Fells!"

"Best apartment in Baltimore! The leasing and maintenance staff are kind and helpful. Location is great-- close to all that Fells Point has to offer but down the street enough to be quiet. I lived on the ground floor for two years, and I never had an issue with noise from outside. The parking lot is so convenient, and I always felt safe at the apartment and in the parking lot. Packages are safe in the mail room. I recommend Thames Point to everyone I know moving to Baltimore."

"Thames point apartments has been a great community to live in. Our apartment itself it spacious, updated fixtures, flooring, and appliances. It is conveniently located right in the heart of historical Fells Point near all the restaurant and bars. The parking is monitored at night which makes for a safe environment from the evenings into the morning. It is double the rent I used to pay at my old place, but well worth it. Jana and the whole office staff are responsive and very nice! I will be renewing my lease and continue recommending the apartment complex to friends and colleagues."
