"When I was living in Oakley village I had too many problems with them. Mold, maintenance wouldn't do their job, rats and so many other problems. Wouldn't suggest this place to live."

"My husband, son and I have lived here for 3 years. Our apartment was our first place together as a young married couple with a child. We are nearing the end of our lease and it’s VERY bittersweet leaving Oaklee Village. They have gone above and beyond for us even down to extending our moving date so we can close on our new house. A year ago we had a roof leak and had dryers put in our apartment to dry up water. When the equipment was left in our apartment, the property manager herself came to pick it up. This busy woman dressed up professionally to be in an office made her way down here to take equipment out by herself. The staff has always been professional and helpful. Especially Dontaye Blake who went out of her way to help us and draft a new landlord reference for our new house while the assistant property manager was on vacation just because we needed a signature. I can’t say enough good things about Latoria Smith who I have interacted with the most. She is always professional, helpful and actually cares about her tenants which is so hard to find. Everyone works well together including the maintenance crew who I’m constantly seeing around taking care of our apartments. Landscaping has picked up and they are here almost every weekend making sure our community looks great. As I said before it’s bittersweet to leave but this is a great place with GREAT rates in a safe area. I definitely recommend Oaklee village!"

"Parking is horrible and it seems like my rent keeps increasing also no central air. Other than that it's not too bad. Pretty quiet. It's off the beatin path. Not much crime back here at all. I feel very safe. The neighbors ate real nice too"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. On Christmas Eve the pipes burst in the vacant unit above mine, the windows were left open when the unit has been vacant for 2 months. I repeatedly called for hours with the water flooding into my unit and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. After 3 hours emergency services were called to shut off the water to the building. My place was destroyed and needed to be vacated and when I asked the rental office what they would do they said "that's what renters insurance is for," so apparently they believe renters insurance is supposed to cover their negligence, waiting 4 days after the flooding to come and vacuum the water, and somehow thinking it's acceptable to "cover your stuff while they do the repairs" no offer to move me to another unit, and somehow believing these conditions are acceptable to live in.... I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy."
