Move in was easy, they help you with everything you need to transfer to your new apartment (Internet, address forwarding, movers if needed, BGE etc.) The leasing office is super friendly and helpful and available if you ever need anything. I looked at several apartments in Fed, Fells and Canton and I was very happy with my decision to land here. Highly recommend!"

"Part of me wants to gatekeep and not tell everyone how amazing this place is so my rent doesn’t go up. BUT, I’ll share. I didn’t think I’d ever find such a nice apartment and complex at such an affordable rate. Rent is very reasonable. There is a covered garage for parking. The apartment is stunning. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. The manager and staff are SO kind, helpful, and responsive. They plan events for the residents. Maintenance always comes in a timely manner and takes care of what you need. It is truly a privilege to live here (they are not paying me to write this, LOL). This complex is Baltimore’s best kept housing secret."

"Do yourself a favor and do not move into this building. I have been a resident for a month and already regret it. They market themselves as luxury apartments but there is nothing luxury about them. In the one month I have been here I have had my car broken into from their 'secure garage', had my car towed, and had various maintenance and noise issues. In addition, their leasing agents have no idea what is going on and will lie to you to get you to move in. My and my roommates car was parked in their secure garage which we pay to have spots in and supposedly have security. Both cars were broken into and rummaged through. The leasing agent specifically told me to park on the first floor since they have parking for every floor and the security had my car towed. I had to pay 350 dollars to get my car back. The leasing office refused to refund the money even though it was their leasing agents mistake. The plumbing does not work. There is constant issues with drainage and flushing. The apartment we were given with broken a stove and paint stains everywhere and not even cleaned. The blinds were broken. It seemed like no one did a walk through. There are numerous issues that I keep having to request as well. Lastly, our leasing agent lied to us about a lot of our amenities and things we would have that did not exist"
