"Poorly managed. Took over 4 months (past the 45 days required by law) for this property management company to return the deposit and even then it was improperly calculated. Can’t expect much from these people - quite possibly the worst landlord/renter experience I have ever had. They left various repairs undone throughout our entire lease term. The neighbors let their dogs run around without a leash and can’t be bothered to pick up after them. Stay far away from refinery row and Avenue 5 realty. Once they lock you in there will be no way of getting in touch with anyone who can help you with your lease or issues with your house. The people who work for this company are among the least intelligent I have ever dealt with. Bums"

"I have been calling all day and trying to set up a tour of the property, absolutely no one will answer the phone. Tried to even act like I was a resident and choose maintenance and it went to a voicemail that isn’t even set up yet. So if you live there you can’t even get maintenance. It’s a MASSIVE NO!!!"

"I called this place several times with no response. My partner too!! No one called back yet and we first reached out JULY 16!!!!!! It’s now AUGUST 10…. Looks like you only get a response when you leave a review. We are working people and want to live close to our jobs.. ! Will pics soon !! Emails and text messages and no response"

"Leasing office literally doesn’t work, we’ve been trying to get a new lease for MONTHS. Never a response other than “we’ll be right on that” never to be heard from again. Would reach back out and would get the same “we’ll get right on that” response. I feel like i have to sit down and watch them make me a lease because otherwise nothing would ever get done"

"Applied for this place to secure a bigger place for our family. Sent everything over and the process was long and drawn out. I felt like it more so a scheme because you don’t get your deposit back and they were very unorganized and slow. There was no communication outside of us calling them constantly and finally when they eventually contacted us about anything we already went somewhere else. I applied for two other places a few days after we applied for this place and we heard back from both with acceptance. I writing this to prewarn anyone else that is even thinking about this place. If you want an answer within a reasonable time frame like within a week, don’t expect it. The communication between the two woman are horrible. We just need to secure something for our 60day notice. I won’t deal with this company again."
