From the process to booking a tour to looking at the apt to moving in, they’ve been behind me in all corners. Highly recommend beautiful complex, and extremely quiet. 10/10 experience thus far"

"I've been meaning to get around to this but I've had nothing but a great experience signing a lease and living at Axel. The area is prime and the team I worked with (especially Deani) was so accommodating and helpful. I moved in without ever touring and the process from start to finish was made easy by her/team; they are also very timely with any random inquiries I have. The amenities are nicer than most, all appliances within the apt are updated, and also technologically more advanced with app access for entrance, package retrieval and online payments. Also, anytime I have a maintenance issue they are there same day to fix the problem (with that being said I've maybe had 2 minor issues with tightening the faucet and de-icing my freezer). The leasing company/team as well also makes a HUGE effort to engage the apt complex community through events and posting updated resources for things to do in the Baltimore area. Overall the team working here is very friendly and always willing to help, no issues/complaints with the community here either as everyone I've ever encountered has been friendly with the cutest dogs. If the team is reading this please keep up the great work :)"

"I moved in early October and was helped by Dawn. I have been nothing but impressed by the management and facilities. Facilities are extremely clean (I see environmental staff thoroughly cleaning common areas every week). Management was also extremely flexible during move in process and was always there to answer my many questions. The one thing I will say is double check that your VIP parking is entered correctly into the app as soon as you move in. My car was towed because of this with a hefty fine. While it was my fault, I think this could have been better communicated at move in as I was told by management that this happens a lot to residents."

"Hands down the best apartment complex in the Brewers Hill/ Canton area. The management team is efficient and professional. Overall, my living experience here was great. The residents are also working professionals who are respectful. I moved across the street to The Lucie last summer and let me just tell you, it was a bad decision."
