"This apartment building does a very POOR job of keeping their grounds clean. It is a site for sore eyes. The residents actually put the trash on the ground as opposed to putting it in the "many" trash cans and they have no building maintenance to clean up the trash so it just continues to pile up. Baltimore city has issued a citation so hopefully this will make them do something about this unsitely seen, not to mention, very dirty attitude. This draws more rats and rodents in the neighborhood."
