"Living here has been a good and comfortable experience! The facilities are relatively new, and I haven't met any problems that require maintenance so far. The staffs are very friendly and nice. When I requested to moving in a week earlier than the contract, the HH life team promptly answered my questions, and helped me with this process smoothly. Chelcee is always being supportive and patiently in solving all my inquiries. In addition, I really love the weekend grocery bus, it's so convenient for someone without a car. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable, and close-to-school residence."
"Overall had a very positive experience! It's very solid for the price and pretty comfortable to live here (no random water outages, leaks, or old building problems like other apartments.) If you are looking for the comfort of a relatively new building, like the Academy or Charles Commons, for a lower price, then I'd recommend looking here. PROS: respond very quickly to maintenance requests (within a day or two), clean and relatively new utilities, the in-unit laundry and dishwasher and garbage disposal are VERY convenient, pest-free aside from some fruit flies in the beginning, water never shuts down and is always warm and high pressure, common rooms such as the gym, study room, and community room are usually empty and comfortable to be in. It's also a surprisingly walkable distance to a lot of things in Remington (1 min walk to R House, Walgreens, 7-11, and shoutout to the fresh bread at JBGB's, 10 min walk to Safeway) and easily bikeable to Hampden, which is also a huge plus compared to the apartments north of campus. CONS: distance to campus is a little inconvenient without a bike, wifi is a bit slow (10-40 mbps) and can intermittently go out and there's no ethernet, air circulation in the kitchen area is lacking so smells can last a while, walls are very thin and not sound-proof at all. It's noticeably more noisy compared to other apartments and homes I've been in, I think because the rooms are all bunched up next to each other so there's no space to block noise. You can hear clearly what is happening in the kitchen as well as in the adjacent bedroom. It's fine if you wear earbuds. I would just keep this in mind if you have any sensitivity to noise as this has been a borderline dealbreaker to me."
"It’s been nice living here! Property seems to be well-maintained, and all the staff who work here have been very kind. Chelcee, especially, is great—she’s always positive and kind, answers all questions and explains with patience, and makes sure maintenance requests are put in and completed quickly."
"I like living here. It’s nice, affordable compared to other places in Baltimore, and most of my needs are fulfilled here. Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and the complex is located close to campus. Overall, I find this apartment a good place to live."
"Solid apartment overall with good/responsive management. Furnishing is quite nice. Only complaint is the number of appliance service requests that had to be put in immediately upon move in. Location is quite good and common areas are kept clean and useable."
